I will tell you that although the county where we live (Loudoun County in the state of Virginia) is one of the wealthiest in America we still have homeless people, and school children whose meal at school is all they get all day! Jer and I are not rich and not poor, thanks be to God for both :) and we try to help with this a little.

A lovely weekend to you too! Or do we want to know?
I'm planning to start some kind of manifestation to open peoples eyes about this issue. I don't think I'm gonna get any help from the supermarkets...

About the stomach, we call it just iron stomach or metal stomach and I have also heared people, in the local area where we live, call it fox stomach...

The leftovers dish WAS super!!! I promise :))

Have a nice weekend
/PaulaGårdsbackenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00173588955754144783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-439753304970372406.post-27662626659120416512012-03-29T03:07:23.935+02:002012-03-29T03:07:23.935+02:00Hi, Paula! You are right about trusting your nose! If the milk in our fridge is on the edge of sour I will use it in my hot porridge because I think the heat will kill whatever might be in there! Jer doesn't drink milk and I have a cast-iron stomach (do you have that saying there?) so I think that's okay.

I try to think of people who have little or no food and try not to waste what we are blessed to have!

Your "leftovers" dish looks quite tasty, by the way!

Greetings to all!
